Engineering Staff, Caloocan

-Troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, or technical issues

-Support project implementation, installation, and repairs

-Assist in daily engineering operations and technical activities

-Monitor and maintain equipment, machines, and facilities

-Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance

-Monitor and maintain building facilities, utilities, and equipment including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems

-Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify repair and maintenance needs

Qualifications :

-Graduate of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical course. (License or TESDA certification is a plus).

-With at least 12 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair

-Technical Skills: Proficient in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and reading technical drawings/plans.

- Deep understanding of HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical/mechanical systems.

-Knowledgeable in safety standards and proper refrigerant handling.

-Willing to work on-site and respond to emergency repairs.

-Able to perform fieldwork, lifting, and site installations.

-Strong coordination, communication, and teamwork
