FIELD SALES SUPERVISOR

As a Field Sales Supervisor, your role is critical to driving sales performance, ensuring operational execution, and leading frontline sales teams effectively.

1. Team Management and Leadership

• Supervise and mentor senior and junior field sales representatives
• Train and onboard new team members
• Inspire the team to meet sales targets and KPIs
• Ensure consistent communication and alignment with company goals

2. Sales Planning and Execution

• Implement regional or territory sales plans based on company strategy
• Assign sales targets and territories to team members
• Monitor performance and adjust plans as needed

3. Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with key customers by identifying them and adding value to them
• Resolve client concerns and escalations
• Support sales agents during tough negotiations

4. Market Intelligence and Reporting

• Collect market data, competitor insights, and customer feedback
• Provide reports to upper management with actionable insights
• Recommend strategies based on data

5. Operational Oversight

• Ensure the correct execution of merchandising standards, pricing, and promotions
• Monitor inventory levels, delivery timelines, and route efficiency
• Enforce compliance with company policies and procedures

6. Performance Monitoring and Coaching

• Regularly review individual and team performance
• Conduct field coaching, evaluations, and feedback sessions
• Recognize top performers and address underperformance constructively
