The Area Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing and growing the sales performance of ORO Socks and OMG Cosmetics across designated provinces in South Luzon and North Luzon. This role oversees in-store execution, team supervision, account management, and area expansion to achieve sales targets and promote brand visibility.

• Supervise and support Sales Promodisers and in-store representatives within assigned areas
• Ensure the implementation of in-store merchandising, promotions, and planograms
• Monitor sales performance per store and area; prepare and submit sales reports
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store supervisors and branch managers
• Conduct regular area visits to check inventory, visual display, and staff performance
• Collaborate with Marketing and Warehouse teams to coordinate product replenishments
• Handle hiring, training, and performance evaluation of sales staff in the area
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities, issues, and competitor movement
• Identify new selling opportunities and contribute to area expansion initiatives
• Ensure brand consistency and positive customer experience across all outlets
