Description
Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving growth for the company's pharmaceutical products. Preparing presentations and scheduling appointments with potential clients to promote the companys products and deliver product samples. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and targets. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and generate leads. Track sales metrics, inventory and prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes. Utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis. Building and maintaining good business relationships with clients to encourage repeat purchases. Following and adding up on leads generated by the company. Keeping up to date with new developments in the medical field. Participate in any related training sessions and sales meetings. Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation. Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc., as necessary. Able to abide with companys purpose, valuesand principles, and policies especially in handling confidential information. Performs all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree in business, marketing, pharmacy, or a related field. Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience in the related field Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. Ability to travel frequently as needed. Knowledgeable in pharmaceutical products and industry regulations. Knowledgeable in managing client relationships and negotiations. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset. Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Familiarity with market research tools and techniques. An outgoing and persuasive manner skills. Sales and customer relationship skills. Strong teamwork and networking skills. Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and persistent to achieve a goal.
