The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree and at least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in administrative roles. The position requires a skilled individual to provide administrative and clerical support, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of office functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of clerical tasks such as filing, encoding, record-keeping, and data entry.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain reports, memos, and other necessary documentation.
- Organize and maintain office supplies, ensuring timely ordering and inventory checks.
- Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and events.
- Provide support to team members and supervisors with general administrative tasks as needed.
- Manage databases and ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with different departments or external partners as required.
- Ensure compliance with office policies, procedures, and standards.
