Job Summary:

The Warehouse Documentation Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation related to warehouse operations. This role involves creating, managing, and endorsing picklists, ensuring timely and precise fulfillment of orders, and coordinating with various warehouse team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Strong analytical skills are essential to identify trends, resolve discrepancies, and optimize documentation processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create accurate picklists based on Sales and Transfer Orders.
• Endorse picklists to Warehouse Pickers and communicate essential information to the warehouse department.
• Fulfill Sales and Transfer Orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Gather and upload packing lists for order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Pickers to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of stock changes, such as weight adjustments based on actual picking.
• Maintain and revise the Consolidated Packing List derived from received items.
• Initiate bin transfers corresponding to consolidated pallets.
• Coordinate with other team members, such as the Warehouse Dispatcher and Warehouse Inbound Specialist, to ensure seamless workflow and information flow.
• Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to documentation, working closely with the warehouse team and other departments.
• Support and contribute to the overall success of the warehouse operations by providing accurate and reliable documentation support.
• Utilize analytical skills to identify trends, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in warehouse documentation processes.
• Propose and implement solutions to enhance accuracy and efficiency in documentation and record-keeping.
• Perform tasks as directed by the immediate superior, based on their assessment and as deemed necessary.
