Description
  1. Providing legal advice and opinions
  2. Monitoring the dispute resolution process and to ensure compliance
  3. Providing administrative & project support involving legal matters
  4. Conducting research in all legal fields of interest of the company and promptly respond to legal issues /concerns
  5. Ensuring all transaction, operations, policies and procedures of the PFF are valid, binding and enforceableunder any court of law
  6. Reviewing / drafting contracts, memoranda, office orders, and other corporate documents
  7. Updating, managing & securing the integrity of documentation
  8. Ensuring that the companys interests are protected under the law
  9. Establishing / improving and upholding company policies, guidelines, procedures, etc.
  10. Performing other functions as may be required by the PFF Management
  11. Take charge of PFF legal and compliance before government agencies
  12. Provide legal advice to PFF officials on football-related legal or regulatory issues, such as complying with FIFA and APC or PFF policies, rules and regulations and adoption and implementation of PFF policies.
  13. Act as compliance officer in respect of PFF compliance with applicable governmental regulations.
  14. Liaise and coordinate with external counsels and government agencies or bodies in cases or matters affecting or involving PFF.
  15. Abide by and comply with the rules and regulations of PFF.
  16. Travel outside PFF office or outside Metro Manila or outside the Philippines if needed.
  17. Willing to be assigned to the Pasig area.
  18. The company will be transferred to Carmona, Cavite, by middle of this year
