As an Administrative Assistant at eYOLER INC. you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our company. Reporting to the office manager, this full-time position is based in our Bonifacio Global City Taguig City Metro Manila office.
What you'll be doing
Providing comprehensive administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
Handling various clerical duties such as filing, document preparation, and data entry
Serving as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and visitors, ensuring excellent customer service
Assisting with event planning and coordination
Maintaining office supplies and inventory, and placing orders as needed
Posting and advertising property listing
Handle issues/queries
Responsible for promoting and marketing Condominium
Flexible, on-call availability for property viewings and marketing activities.
Condominium marketing can include online listings, social media, and creative visual marketing.
