We are looking for qualified IT Technical Support (System) candidates to join our Go Beyond Community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provides technical and administrative support to Systems Administrator

2. Assist the Systems Administrator in systems maintenance and management.

3. Securely manages, disseminates, and maintains technical and administrative information.

4. In charge of monitoring and maintaining all the company's IT systems and facilities.

5. Informs the ITD to resolve issues related to the system availability and security as well as the physical and environmental conditions of the data centers.

6. In charge of checking and performing the daily, weekly, and monthly backups of dynamic files.

7. Performs testing and installation of incoming system hardware and peripherals of the Company.

8. Performs hardware, application version, patches, and system upgrades as needed.

9. Performs regular preventive maintenance as specified in the operations manual.

10. Provides a status report on the result of the scheduled preventive maintenance.

11. Performs on-call equipment troubleshooting and provides the necessary recommendation/solution.

12. Provides technical support to all business units and maintains work continuity through IT devices.

13. Maintain system uptime of electronic mail, internet facility, and business applications (e.g. HRIS, TanApps, Vericentre, and others)

14. Prepares weekly accomplishment reports and all other technical reports.
