Description
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria about hiring needs
  • Create job descriptions and publish job ads in various portals (Jobstreet, Linkedin, Indeed, Facebook, etc.) and facilitate employee referral.
  • Coordinate hiring process from end-to-end recruitment process, on-boarding and orientation.
  • Conducts interview via phone, virtual and/ face to face interview and negotiate with the potential candidate.
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire
  • Maintain database for internal referral bonus and potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Maintain employee records, schedules, and prepare daily time record and pay slip of employees.
  • Facilitate and monitor employee performance evaluation and support management process
  • Support employee benefits administration
  • Performs such other functions assigned.
