- Maintain accurate records of employee benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations (HMO and Life, Accident Insurance).
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in auditing compensation and benefits data to maintain accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate comp and benefits-related transactions.
- Help prepare reports and presentations related to compensation, benefits, and workforce data for management.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes impacting compensation and benefits, supporting the Total Rewards team in maintaining compliance.
- Assist auditors for the purpose of providing requested supporting documentation required for audit.
- Participate in projects related to improving compensation and benefits processes and enhancing employee satisfaction.
