Full Time Monday Friday On Site Key Responsibilities: -Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts receivable function. -Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to customers. -Monitor accounts for overdue payments and follow up as necessary. -Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve discrepancies. -Maintain accurate records of customer payments and transactions. -Prepare and maintain reports on accounts receivable aging and cash flow. -Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues and improve processes. -Assist in month-end closing activitiesand financial audits. -Support other finance-related tasks as needed. Qualifications: -Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred). -Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar role. -Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel). -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. -Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
