Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of designers, photographers, and other creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
Art Direction: Provide clear artistic direction for photoshoots, videos, website wireframes, offline collaterals, store window designs, and other creative projects, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and messaging.
Trend Analysis: Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape to inform and guide the brand& creative direction.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce, to ensure creative initiatives align with overall business strategies.
