  • Utilizing the internal tracking tool called Oomnitza in tracking and assigning IT assets assigned to users
  • Tracking leases at the end of term and coordinating with users as well as maintaining a track of spare assets and returning them on time at the end of lease
  • Labeling, decommissioning of Fixed IT assets to enable proper tracking
  • Assist in troubleshooting of network and server issues with Network and Server teams and local vendors
  • Purchase order Creation and GR Processing
  • Raise necessary requests for creation of Vlans, Subnets, printer settings, etc.
  • Coordinate the mounting and installation of the devices with the Network and Server Teams, local vendors
  • Activate network and server devices and conducting testing
  • Support implementation of Global Network - related Projects
  • Purchase, Deployment and Monitoring of Software Licenses
  • Completion of Annual and Quarterly WCS Standards and Compliance Checklist
  • IT Room Standards and Compliance Review of all Sites
  • Back-up/Restore of IT Data/Tapes and Sending to Offsite Storage
  • Attend to GITSC tickets assigned to the team/queue
  • Attend to Local IT calls in Ho and remote support to 3 warehouses and one branch office
  • Ensure Security Patched are deployed to all targeted hardwares
  • Fuji Xerox printing count locating it by department for billing purposes
  • IT room air conditioning and UPS - preventive maintenance, renewal etc.
  • List of assets assigned to user on exit and documentation
  • VOIP number assignment and deletion
  • All important meeting support like Board meeting
  • Coordination with technical teams for network and server related issues
  • Tracking and support in implementation of organization standards
  • Support in communication to the local Business on IT infrastructure
  • Support IT infrastructure decommissioning initiatives
