Maintains a professional appearance.
Uses good judgment and safe driving skills. Initiates review of routes and possible route options, weather condition, traffic condition, and other needed preparations before scheduled trips.
Keeps a timely shuttle route and logs diligently all transaction / trips and trip details including names of passengers, date / time, odometer readings, and destination or pick-up point
Always display respect and courtesy to all passenger by assisting them in getting in and out of vehicle and or other form of assistance we can extend.
Operates radio or similar device to communicate with Senior EA / Admin Executive to report disruption of service. Ensuring that all possible lines of communication are available for smooth coordination.
Notifies ahead of time the Senior EA / Admin Executive of any servicing requirements for the vehicle, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance.
Takes charge in cleaning and maintenance of the car after every use and report supplies needed for each trip including fuel refill, RFID reload, others related to car upkeep.
Flexible with the work assignments, travel destinations, and working hours. Able to render overtime when needed.
Reports all incidents in a timely manner.
Performs other administrative duties as assigned.
