Description

1. Give instruction to concrete and asphalt plant operators of what design to batch.

2. Coordinate with the Site Engineer regarding the deliveries of Asphalt and Concrete status of work site.

3. Generate Daily production report for Asphalt Mix and Concrete Mix deliveries (via SMS)

4. Generate Total Daily aggregates IN & OUT report for night shift and/or by end of shift

5. Generate Total Monthly aggregates IN & OUT for night shift and/or by end of shift

6. Generate Total Daily drivers trip report for night shift and/or by end of shift

7. Encoding of Raw materials Aggregates delivery receipt into LMS System

8. Give instruction to drivers about the information of delivery sites, who will receive the products on site, give sketches of delivery site given by the customer.

9. Assist in preparing monthly reports on volume production plan.

10. Ensures files of department are in order.

11. Prepare ISO-related reports.

12.Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor from time to time.
