Sales and Marketing Virtual Assistant/Onsite /Ortigas City, Pasig

Position: Sales & Marketing Virtual Assistant

Salary: 50K-55K

• Work schedule: 5AM 2PM (DST) or 6AM 3PM
• Degree Holder in Business Course and Willing to work immediately
• Work location: Ortigas, Pasig City with opportunity for hybrid set up after regularization (2 days wfh, 3 days onsite work)

Database Management

Build and maintain customer databases, ensuring accuracy through regular data cleansing and validation.

Implement customer coding for segmentation by region, industry, and type.

Conduct data entry, de-duplication, and format databases compatible with Excel and CRM systems.

CRM Management & Support

Regularly update CRM with customer interactions, set appointments for Business Development Managers (BDMs), and assign leads based on customer

segmentation.

Manage contacts, ensuring accurate classification and current records.

Marketing Campaign Management

Oversee and manage the marketing calendar, executing email, SMS, and LinkedIn campaigns using CRM systems.

Design and distribute marketing content to align with brand strategy.

Sales Support

Document call notes and track follow-up actions in CRM.

Prepare sales reports and assist with lead generation.

Confirm appointments and provide updated meeting details for BDMs.
