Finance Manager (MUST BE CPA - ONSITE ORTIGAS PASIG), Pasig

Audit, Controls and Organization

• Lead the conduct of Small Box and IT Audit, and the reporting of the final results in Socrate.
• Participates in the implementation of the Data Privacy Act.
• Primary responsible for the preparation of the Financial Statements for Statutory Reporting.
• Provide Audit Support to auditors (external, internal and tax) ensuring that Finance and IT activities are coordinated and required schedules are submitted on time.
• Participate in company-wide audit initiatives and internal control activities, which include but is not limited to Audit Self-Assessments and ISO Audits.
• Responsible for the coordination with SEC and the Board of Directors, including coordination for BOD meeting, management and filing of related documents, and timely submission of reportorial requirements.

Tax Reporting

• Computation of Income Tax and Deferred Tax Provisions.
• Accurate, proper, complete and within- the-deadline computation, filing and remittance of Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) and Final Withholding Tax on Compensation.
• Annual submission of documents/requirements to BIR (i.e. books of accounts &1604-CF) every 25th of January.
