Sales Associate, Agusan del Norte

Qualifications:

• At least a High School Graduate. Willing to work in a mall environment.
• Complete government records (SSS, PHIC, HDMF, BIR).
• Experience in retail or sales is an advantage but not required.
• Basic knowledge of selling techniques and cashiering.
• Knowledge in Telco is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and carry light to moderate loads.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of products, services, and ongoing promotions.
• Identify customer needs and provide personalized assistance with detailed product information.
• Handle inquiries and feedback professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Assist with inventory, restocking, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and support overall store success.
