Leasing Assistant, Rizal

Tenant Relations:

• Assist prospective tenants by providing information about available units and leasing terms.
• Schedule and conduct property tours for interested clients.
• Respond to tenant inquiries and address concerns professionally and promptly.

Leasing Documentation:

• Prepare and process leasing agreements, renewal contracts, and related documents.
• Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and legal standards.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant leases and transactions.

Administrative Support:

• Update and manage property listings, rental availability, and marketing materials.
• Track lease expirations, follow up on renewals, and coordinate lease signings.
• Maintain an organized filing system for tenant records and property-related documents.

Financial Tasks:

• Assist in collecting rent payments, security deposits, and other fees.
• Track payment schedules and follow up on late payments or outstanding balances.
• Prepare financial reports and summaries as required.

Property Management Coordination:

• Liaise with maintenance and operations teams to address tenant service requests.
• Ensure commercial spaces are well-maintained and ready for viewings or move-ins.
• Assist in coordinating property inspections and tenant move-ins/move-outs.
