Receiving and Stocking Goods:

• Unload shipments and inspect items for damages or discrepancies.
• Label and store goods in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain accurate records of received goods.

Order Picking and Packing:

• Retrieve items from inventory based on customer or internal orders.
• Pack and prepare goods for shipping or delivery.
• Ensure orders are accurate and meet quality standards.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Assist in regular inventory counts and audits.
• Organize and rearrange items in the warehouse to optimize space.

Warehouse Maintenance:

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Dispose of waste and ensure aisles are clear of obstructions.
• Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or equipment issues.

Equipment Operation:

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks (if certified).
• Ensure equipment is used safely and maintained properly.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items (usually up to 50 lbs or more).
• Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in inventory management and order processing.
• Organizational Skills: Maintain a well-organized and efficient workspace.
• Basic Math Skills: For inventory counts and order verification.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
