Description

Office Administration:

  • Manage daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and ensuring a tidy workspace.
  • Handle scheduling, including appointments, meetings, and team calendars.

  • Maintain accurate records of projects, client details, and correspondence.

Team Support:

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for consultants, including transportation and accommodations.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members and providing orientation on office procedures.
