Administrative Specialist/Assistant, Rizal

Loan Processing & Documentation:

* Data Entry: Accurately input loan application data into the company's database.

* Document Verification: Review and verify loan applications and supporting documents (e.g., income proofs, credit reports) for completeness and accuracy.

* File Maintenance: Organize and maintain loan files, ensuring proper documentation and confidentiality.

Customer Service:

* Answering Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries regarding loan applications, loan status, payment schedules, and other loan-related matters.

* Providing Information: Offer basic information about loan products, eligibility criteria, and interest rates.

* Resolving Issues: Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues related to loan processing and servicing.

Administrative Support:

* Scheduling & Appointments: Schedule loan appointments and meetings.

* Communication: Communicate with borrowers, lenders, and other relevant parties regarding loan applications and updates.

* Reporting: Prepare reports on loan application status, loan performance, and other relevant metrics.

Compliance & Regulations:

* Ensure Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant lending regulations and company policies.

* Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions and activities.
