Description

Update and maintain storage/inventory database
Track and manage inventory by completing regular cycle counts
Identify potential inventory shortages and communicates with relevant department
Coordinate the purchase for stocking materials
Provide regular inventory reports to management
Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed
Developing and implementing inventory control systems and practices
Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock
Performing regular stock checks and reporting any issues to the supervisor
Answering stock check queries from Procurement and other department
Preparation of materials for delivery
Conducts frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory
Provides inventory reports
Maintains accurate daily records of withdrawal slip and make sure to deduct in the current inventory
Coordinates and schedules the movement of products throughout the warehouse including storage and shipment of finished products
Identifies and reports slow-moving product and with approval, arranges for the removal of the product
Performs other related duties as directed
