Sales Agent / Telemarketer, Rizal

Responsible for marketing and sales of key products of the company that may progress in the future this includes general construction requirements; Ensures that all activities will achieve goals of maintaining and effective and competitive construction Operations that satisfies internal and external customers to achieved BF Corp. Mission and its Quality Mission.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound and inbound calls to generate leads and promote our services.
2. Set and schedule appointments for sales representatives.
3. Handle surveys and address customer complaints effectively.
4. Monitor telematics and provide insights to enhance service delivery.
5. Support collections marketing efforts and conduct market research/studies.
6. Assist in converting leads into sales through effective communication and follow-up.
