Responsibilities are:

• Ensures that accounting entries are properly posted

        Recommends approval of disbursement vouchers

        Makes necessary adjustments to all related accounting transactions

        Oversees accounts payable section and compliance section

        Prepares reports on the compliance and accounts payable sections on the accuracy and necessary amendments as may arise on the course of daily activities

        Assists the accounting department head in the preparation of monthly report

        Reflecting and interpreting the company vision, mission and core values in his/her own work with enthusiasm and commitment

        Acting in accordance with the companys policies, standards and procedures

        Proposing changes within the company that would improve the quality of service to customers and its communities

        Developing and maintaining respectful, cooperative working relationships to contribute to the integrated, seamless delivery of services to internal and external customers

        Understanding his/her role and responsibility in maintaining a safe workplace and reducing workplace injuries

        Ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and safekeeping of company records

        Participating constructively in the supervision process with the immediate supervisor
