At least 6 Months Customer Service Experience (CCE)

Good Communication Skills

Willing to Work on a Shifting Schedule

Basic Computer Navigation Skills

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries related to mobile, internet, cable, and telecommunications services

Assist customers with billing concerns, account updates, and payment inquiries

Troubleshoot basic service and technical issues

Process service activations, upgrades, and account changes

Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions

Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
