Marketing Supervisor, Makati

The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives to promote the venue and increase bookings. This role involves managing partnerships, organizing events, and assisting in the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns.

• Assist in organizing wedding fairs, venue open house events, and other promotional activities to showcase the venue.
• Prepare, coordinate, and ensure timely distribution of marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, and digital materials
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with event planners, caterers, stylists, and other industry vendors.
• Support the development and promotion of venue packages, including seasonal and special offers.
• Assist in marketing the venue for corporate events, meetings, and conferences.
• Coordinate with accredited vendors and suppliers for marketing related activities and events.
• Arrange and assist in conducting site tours for prospective clients, ensuring a positive client experience.
• Support booking promotions and perform follow-ups to convert inquiries into confirmed events.
• Handle Cash Advances & Cash Liquidations of the Department
• Performs other functions as may be required by higher authorities
