Senior Associate Accounting, Makati

• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Prepare statutory reports and ensure compliance with Philippine tax laws (VAT, withholding tax, income tax)
• Support external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams for reporting and consolidation.
• Provide ad hoc financial support to management as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
• 2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a multinational company, shared service environment, or public accounting/audit firm.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general accounting processes; strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Strong accounting and financial reporting skills; attention to detail; organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines; able to work independently with minimal supervision; strong analytical and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, dependable, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Immediate availability preferred; able to contribute effectively with minimal supervision.
