HR Officer/HR Generalist, Makati

The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting overall Human Resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, records management, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The role also assists in onboarding, employee engagement, and performance monitoring to ensure smooth HR operations.

In addition, this position will also handle assigned client accounts, acting as the point of contact for HR-related concerns, ensuring proper coordination, service delivery, and timely resolution of client requirements.
