Description

1. Employee Relations

Act as first point of contact for employee concerns and basic HR inquiries

Assist in handling disciplinary cases (NTE, explanation letters, documentation, and monitoring)

Ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures

Support employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives


2. Compensation & Benefits (CompBen)

Assist in payroll preparation, validation, and reconciliation

Monitor and update daily time records (DTR), attendance, overtime, tardiness, and leave balances

Process statutory government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR compliance coordination)

Administer employee benefits enrollment, updates, and terminations (HMO, allowances, loans, etc.)

Compute and process final pay, separation pay, and 13th month pay (as applicable)

Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of compensation data and payroll records

Coordinate with Finance/Accounting for payroll releases and adjustments

Support implementation of compensation policies, salary structures, and benefits programs

Prepare CompBen-related reports (payroll summary, leave utilization, benefits costing)
