Admin Interns Tasks

Administrative Support: Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

Office Management: Support in maintaining a clean and organized office environment, including managing mail and deliveries.

Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies, equipment, and uniforms, coordinating orders as needed.

Billing and Accounting Support: Assist in preparing invoices, processing payments, and reconciling accounts, working closely with the finance team.

Client Communication: Handle client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing excellent customer service and addressing any issues or requests promptly.

Scheduling and Coordination: Assist in scheduling cleaning appointments, coordinating with clients, and cleaning staff to ensure timely service delivery.

Supervisor Assistance: PhilGeps and Internal IT tasks.
