Hybrid (Makati Office): 901-C, 9th Floor, Vicente Madrigal Building, 6793 Ayala Avenue, Makati City, Philippines

25 years of experience in automation, data, or system integration roles

Strong JavaScript skills with proven experience building automations in real-world environments (e.g., N8N)

Experience working with APIs, system integrations, and automation tools including Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate)

Familiarity with ClickUp, GitHub, and similar productivity tools

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions

This role supports process improvement through automation, system integration, and effective data management. You'll help streamline workflows, connect tools and platforms using APIs, and improve operational efficiency across the business.

We have partnered with an Australian-based project management consultancy dedicated to delivering outstanding results. We are looking for a Data & Process Automation Analyst who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and creating efficient automation solutions.

Build, maintain, and improve automated workflows using tools such as Power Automate, SharePoint, and other automation platforms

Connect systems and applications through APIs and integrations to improve data flow and business processes

Manage, organize, and maintain business data to support operational efficiency and reporting

Identify manual processes and recommend automation opportunities across teams and workflows

Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and implement practical automation solutions

25 years of experience in automation, data management, or system integration roles

Strong proficiency in JavaScript and experience building automations (e.g., N8N)

Experience with APIs, system integrations, and Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate)

Familiarity with ClickUp, GitHub, or similar platforms

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient, user-friendly solutions
