Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales by connecting with companies and decision-makers
- Sell corporate salary loan programs tailored to each clients needs
- Act as a trusted advisor, breaking down financial solutions in a clear, helpful way
- Spot new opportunities, create sales strategies, and turn ideas into results
- Hit targets for new business and account renewals, while keeping client relationships strong
- Explore and grow business in new and untapped industries
- Handle the full sales cycle, including:
- Prospecting and pitching
- Client meetings and presentations
- Negotiation and closing
- Program setup and rollout
- Ongoing client support and renewals
- Build long-term partnerships based on trust, value, and results
- Bachelors degree in any field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, client management, or a related role
- Background in Banking, Financial Services, or B2B sales is a big plus
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable owning your accounts end to end
- Relationship-builder who knows how to keep clients coming back
