Customer Service Representative Telco Account

We are looking for customer-focused and highly motivated individuals to join our Telecommunications Account team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with their mobile, internet, and telecommunications-related concerns while providing excellent customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding telecommunications products and services.
• Assist customers with account management, billing concerns, service activations, upgrades, and technical issues.
• Provide accurate information about plans, promotions, and available services.
• Troubleshoot basic network, internet, and mobile device concerns.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Document customer interactions and update account information in the system.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications:

• At least a High School or Senior High School Graduate.
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer navigation and multitasking skills.
• Willing to work on-site and on shifting schedules.
