Position: IT Project Manager

Salary: Php 40,000-90,000 per month

Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline

At least 5 years experience as a Project Manager in software development

Solid knowledge of agile methodologies and established project management frameworks

Strong communication skills with proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively

Expertise in project planning, risk assessment, and resource management

Familiarity with Python and PostgreSQL

Experience with SAP or other ERP systems

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee endtoend software development projects, from initiation through completion

Lead and align crossfunctional teams of developers and business partners

Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets

Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies

Facilitate regular status updates and present progress reports to stakeholders

Ensure timely, costeffective delivery of projects that meet quality standards

Continuously refine processes and apply best practices to enhance project outcomes
