Description

Duties and Responsibilities Senior Technical Engineer (IT Distribution)

Manage and oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, network devices, and related equipment.
Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Lead project implementation, system integration, testing, and commissioning activities
Coordinate with clients, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams regarding technical requirements and project concerns.
Review technical specifications, drawings, and scope of work to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Prepare technical reports, documentation, implementation plans, and service updates.
Supervise and provide guidance to junior engineers, technicians, and support personnel.
Conduct site inspections, system assessments, and preventive maintenance activities.
Ensure timely completion of assigned projects and technical deliverables.
Maintain compliance with company policies, industry standards, and occupational safety requirements.
Assist the Sales and Operations Team by providing technical recommendations and product support when necessary.
Perrform other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management from time to time.
