Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Staff member to support the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, maintain records, assist with communication, and ensure efficient office management.
Responsibilities
Handle phone calls, emails, and office correspondence
Organize and maintain files and documents
Schedule meetings and appointments
Prepare reports, forms, and presentations
Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchases

Requirements
Graduate of any business-related course is an advantage
Previous administrative experience is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
