Description

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing employee salaries accurately and on time while ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

Process payroll for employees on a scheduled basis

Compute salaries, overtime, deductions, incentives, and benefits

Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data

Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies

Coordinate with HR and Finance regarding payroll concerns

Prepare payroll reports and related documentation

Handle employee inquiries regarding salary and payroll concerns

Monitor attendance, leave balances, and government contributions


Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Finance, HR, or related field

Experience in payroll processing is an advantage

Knowledgeable in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel

Strong attention to detail and confidentiality

Good communication and organizational skills
