Sales Representative (Bancassurance), Makati

JOB SUMMARY:

Sun Life Grepa Financial is looking for dynamic, passionate, and results-driven individuals to join our growing team as Bancassurance Sales Officers. In this role, you will be based in partner bank branches to promote and sell life insurance products to bank clients, helping them achieve financial security.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch personnel and clients.
• Identify and assess the financial needs of bank clients and offer appropriate Sun Life insurance solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and financial needs analysis.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide after-sales service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Participate in trainings, product updates, and branch meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any 4 years Bachelor's Degree course.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Sales and marketing experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, confident, and goal-oriented.
• Willing to be assigned in bank branches.
