HIRING: E-commerce and Admin Staff | Makati (On-site)


Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift

Rate: PHP 800/day

On-site only. Must be able to travel to Makati.

Fresh graduates welcome! Trainable!


Tasks:

- Upload products on Shopee and TikTok Shop

- Reply to customer messages

- Manage and update product catalog regularly

- Monitor and update pricing as new stocks come in

- Basic accounting and price tracking in Excel

- Edit product photos using Canva

- Design marketing materials and product templates in Canva

- Create and maintain file templates for catalog and operations

- Manage and maintain Facebook Business Page

- Assist in running and monitoring Facebook Ads

- Help maintain and update company website

- General computer and admin work


Skills Needed:

- Computer savvy and fast learner

- Basic Canva and photo editing

- Excel skills (basic to intermediate)

- AI tools knowledge (ChatGPT, Claude etc.) is a plus

- Detail-oriented and organized

- Willing to work on-site in Makati Monday to Friday
