A. Role and responsibility

The National Sales Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and managing the sales team to achieve company sales objectives and expand Allegens Healthcares market presence in the Philippines.

This role focuses on sales planning, team coaching, key customer relationship management, and close coordination with management and marketing teams to drive sustainable business growth.

 B. Main tasks

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the Medical Representative team to achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans aligned with company goals and market conditions.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies chain, and distributors (B2B) in national wide, especially Luzon area
  • Conduct regular field visits, joint calls, and coaching sessions to support and develop the sales teams skills and effectiveness.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and provide timely feedback and improvement recommendations to the team.
  • Prepare and submit sales forecasts, KPI, performance & sales reports, and market updates to management.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Management on product launches, promotions, events, and sales campaigns.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market expansion areas, and potential key accounts.
  • Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure sales activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales team members when required.
  • Participate in sales meetings, internal reviews, and cross-functional projects as assigned by management.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the companys sales and growth objectives.

 C. Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • At least 23 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical representative roles
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader, Senior Medical Rep, or Sales Supervisor is an advantage (but not strictly required)
  • Good communication, leadership, and people-management skills
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical or healthcare market
  • Results-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Open to learning and adapting in a growing organization
