Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries via digital messaging channels
  • Provide accurate product information and troubleshoot account issues
  • Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in the system
  • Maintain high satisfaction ratings through professional written correspondence
Requirements
  • Education: High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
  • Communication: Strong written English skills with a focus on grammar and clarity
  • Technical: Basic computer proficiency and a typing speed of at least 30-35 WPM
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including nights and weekends
  • Experience: Previous BPO experience is welcomed but not mandatory
