BLENDED NON-VOICE CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

80% Chat & Email | 20% Voice Support

Job Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer support through chat and email channels

Assist customers with inquiries, account concerns, and issue resolution

Maintain knowledge of products and services to better support customers

Document customer interactions accurately for tracking and service improvement

Coordinate with team members to improve customer experience and processes

Handle occasional inbound calls when necessary

Requirements:

High School Graduate or equivalent preferred

Open to applicants with 15 years customer service experience

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

Customer-focused mindset with good problem-solving skills

Willing to work in a virtual or flexible work environment
