DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide first-level technical and non-technical support to Market Participants.
2. Handles user access management (ex. creation, deletion, modification and password reset of user credentials).
3. Perform security and system parameters task.
4. Provides support during testing.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
1. Basic knowledge in Microsoft (MS) Office and Tools
2. Good customer services skills; can handle calls and emails
3. Has basic IT troubleshooting skills
4. Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
5. Knowledgeable of any Service Desk tool is a plus.
