JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure timely and accurate encoding of daily sales transactions into the system.
  • Monitor and report daily inventory levels to maintain stock accuracy.
  • Organize and file weekly inventory and daily sales reports for submission to the Sales Manager.
  • Perform general administrative duties including document filing, data entry, photocopying, binding, and scanning.
  • Provide support to the Sales team and management by coordinating administrative functions and ensuring smooth office operations.
  • Prepare and submit required administrative reports such as the SM Portal updates, Daily Sales Reports, and Weekly Sales Summaries
