The Customer Experience Staff is responsible for assisting customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive overall experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Assist customers with concerns, complaints, and requests
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude when dealing with customers
- Document customer interactions and update records in the system
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
- Follow company policies and service standards
- Help improve customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support
- Bachelors degree in any field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Customer-focused and willing to help others
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.)
- Willing to be trained and adaptable to new systems
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
