Job Title: Head Physical Therapist

Location: Makati City

Work Set-up:

• 6 times a week
• Shifting Schedule

We are looking for a highly experienced and leadership-driven Head Physical Therapist to join our growing healthcare team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinic and physical therapy operations
• Supervise and manage the Physical Therapy team and staff concerns
• Ensure quality patient care and proper clinic workflow
• Handle client and patient concerns professionally and efficiently
• Monitor staff performance, scheduling, and productivity
• Assist in maintaining operational standards and compliance
• Coordinate directly with the CEO regarding operations, reports, and clinic updates
• Support business growth through effective team leadership and operational management

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with valid PRC license
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant Physical Therapy experience
• Must have previous experience as a Chief PT or Head PT
• Strong leadership, multitasking, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and people management abilities
• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
