WFM Team Lead | Davao | Onsite

We are hiring an experienced WFM Team Lead to oversee workforce planning, scheduling, and real-time operations in a BPO environment.

Location: Davao
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Shifting

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee RTA, scheduling, and forecasting functions
Drive team performance, coaching, and development
Partner with Operations on workforce strategies
Analyze trends and implement process improvements

Qualifications:
At least 23 years of WFM experience in BPO
Minimum 1 year leadership experience in a BPO setup
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Advanced Excel and reporting skills
Experience in end-to-end WFM functions
