We are hiring Workforce Schedulers with experience in WFM scheduling and staffing management in a BPO environment.

Alphaland Makati
Davao

Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Shifting

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain employee schedules based on forecasts
Manage shift bids, schedule updates, and adjustments
Ensure optimal staffing coverage while minimizing costs
Coordinate closely with operations and workforce teams

Qualifications:
At least 1 year of WFM scheduling experience in BPO
Intermediate to advanced
